Project Morrinho

This hand made favela can be found in the Southbank Centre as a celebration of Brazilian culture this summer.
This project started in the favela Pereira da Silva, in Rio de Janeiro by the young people that live there.
This new work was created with the help of young people in the Stockwell community, the largest Portuguese speaking community in the UK.

Cake Britain

Cake Britain's exhibition opened on Saturday, 28th August, at the Future Gallery. Presenting us with spectacular sculptures made out of cake! It was the world’s first entirely edible art exhibition, yum yum!

The winner of this cake-licious exhibition was Alice in Wonderland.

On Sunday, the fun began and it was all you could eat!

It was a very delicious chaos, I must say...
